Stephanie Wise

President

Stephanie Wise is the President and Owner of Commercial Collective, a new boutique brokerage established in 2024 in Wichita, KS. Prior to opening her own firm, Stephanie spent the past 12 years building her brokerage portfolio, specializing in retail & office leasing and tenant representation. She represents brands such as Raising Canes, Ziggi’s Coffee, Verizon Wireless, and many more. Stephanie also previously managed a portfolio of over one million square feet of commercial real estate in Wichita and the surrounding areas. Her expertise in building maintenance and construction, budgeting, and lease negotiations make her a great fit for tenant representation and equip her with invaluable retail sales and leasing knowledge.

Stephanie is highly active in the community, serving as an elected Sedgwick County Commissioner, as well as on various community boards. She is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE), and Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA). Stephanie and her husband, Brandt, have two children, and their family loves sports and travel.

Bailey Vaughn Cyrus

Sales & Leasing Agent

Bailey Vaughn Cyrus is a Sales and Leasing Associate at Commercial Collective. Licensed in 2021, she is experienced in commercial sales and leasing with a property management, design, and remodeling background. Bailey has a rich career history, working for national non-profit organizations through community and business development. Additionally, she brings fundraising, sales, and event management skills to Commercial Collective.

Bailey is highly motivated to connect individuals within commercial real estate to make a greater impact in the Wichita community. She has a personal family background in commercial HVAC, leading to deep roots within downtown Wichita and allowing for networking across many generations. Bailey currently serves as the Downtown Community Development Chair and President of the North High School Alumni Association and is a member of Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE).

Jonathan Bengtson

Jonathan Bengtson is a Sales and Leasing Associate at Commercial Collective. He was born and raised in Wichita. Growing up, he was involved in helping clean and maintain properties owned by his family. Although he originally pursued a career in the IT world, he was eventually drawn to helping people with their real estate needs. In 2021, Jonathan was licensed and officially began his real estate journey. He manages over 100,000 sqft of office space.

Kara Wheeler Raymo

Director of Property Management

Kara Wheeler Raymo serves as the Head of the Property Management Division at Commercial Collective, where she is thrilled to bring her years of experience in real estate and property management to a dynamic new team. In this role, Kara is focused on growing and overseeing the company’s portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term success for both tenants and property owners.

In addition to her work with Commercial Collective, Kara is the Vice President of Wheeler Kelly Hagny Investment Co., a role she has held for the past three years. She has been with the family business since receiving her real estate license in 2014, where she focuses on property management and leasing for their development at 21st & Greenwich Road in Wichita, including the Village at Greenwich Shopping Center.

Kara’s passion for construction, hands-on projects, and her love for Wichita’s commercial real estate market drive her dedication to her work. Her professional accomplishments include being selected for the Wichita Business Journal’s Emerging Leaders program, and she is an active member of the Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE) board, which is committed to empowering and mentoring women in the commercial real estate industry.

Outside of her professional life, Kara is a proud mother of two young children—Jamie (4 years old) and Clover (2 years old)—and is supported by her husband, Rusty. A former gymnast and college athlete, Kara enjoys spending time at their family farm and taking on new home remodeling projects.

Stephanie Wiens is a Sales and Leasing Associate at Commercial Collective, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role in commercial real estate. She is the founder and current president of Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE), an organization focused on educating, empowering, and promoting women in the real estate industry.

Licensed in 2011, Stephanie didn’t initially plan to enter the real estate field, but she truly believes that God had a different plan for her. Over time, she has come to recognize how her skills and passion for connecting people align perfectly with the industry. It has been an incredible journey of growth and purpose for her, and she is grateful to be where she is today.

In addition to her professional work, Stephanie serves as the Director of Ministry Development for KFV, where she channels her passion for community impact by engaging churches and government in meaningful advocacy efforts. Her dedication to leadership and service is further demonstrated through her extensive board experience, driving initiatives that foster growth and collaboration.

Stephanie’s career reflects a commitment to excellence in real estate and a profound dedication to making a difference in the community she proudly calls home.

In June 2025, Stephanie will celebrate 25 years of marriage, alongside her three amazing kids, one dog, two cats, and two parakeets. While some might say she runs a zoo, she simply calls it family life filled with love and a little bit of chaos!
